  • Provide a systematic approach to solve problems by educating staff on Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools e.g. Cause and Effect Diagrams, Brainstorming, Control charts; Involve in research based university program; and
  • Constantly monitoring staff knowledge and skills in each outcome.

In order to achieve our mission, we will:

  • Consult with key personnel of the organisation regularly, and provide support given to analyse the issues related to their current situation;
  • Constant support to staff to make efforts to make changes;
  • Foster participation of all employees of the organisation;
  • Provide support to establish strategies to overcome wide variety of challenges that affect your organisation;
  • Educate staff in how to develop strategies, including, priorities, outcomes and time frames;
  • Establish and promote methods and systems to collect, analyse and report data; Where applicable support to develop ‘benchmarking' criteria for specific outcomes;
  • Initiate an ongoing education program for the continuous improvement programs to enhance knowledge and skills;
  • Assess the validity, reliability and capability of data collection; and
  • Work on the continued evolution of change to sustain the improvement cycle.
